The presence of the customer is not necessary, but during general cleaning it is better to remove small children and pets so as not to frighten them with noise.

What is not included in standard apartment cleaning?

Standard cleaning does not include and is considered an additional service: window washing, microwave oven cleaning, oven cleaning, washing inside the refrigerator, cleaning inside cabinets, washing dishes, cleaning the pet tray, washing the chandelier, cleaning the hood filters, dry cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture, washing walls, washing ceilings.
